🎬 Caution! Parasites in chicken eggs
One of the common and unexpected sources of parasite infection is eggs and chicken. Infection of chickens occurs instantly, as chickens peck the ground along with manure on it and all get infected from this at once, even if only 1 chicken was infected. Studies show that the percentage of getting infected from eggs is quite high, both from domestic and store-bought.
The video explains how to distinguish infected eggs from uninfected ones. Heat treatment does not help, since for parasites to die it is necessary to fry the egg for at least about 15 minutes at a temperature of 70 degrees. But egg white coagulates on average from 60 to 65 degrees when frying for about 10 minutes.
