"Every third individual in our biological world dies from being eaten by parasitic worms." - Academician K.I. Skryabin
He developed the theory of devastation — a set of measures aimed at the complete destruction of individual species of helminths as biological species in certain territories. Under his leadership, some dangerous parasites were destroyed on the territory of the USSR.
He knew the danger of parasites and was confident that humanity would soon be able to defeat them. But now everything has turned back, and from September 1, 2028, people will no longer be hired for the profession of parasitologists. Order No. 42 of 2026.
